Allotment of PFC tax saving infrastructure bonds has been completed.
Investors who have applied bonds in demat mode,it has credited in their demat account.
Physical bonds will receive within 8-10 days via registered post to the corrospondance address provided by the applicant.If there is no one in your home to collect the bonds,its better to visit the nearest post office on weekend or intimate them in advance.
I think online status can be checked on http://mis.karvycomputershare.com/IPO/ shortly(while I was writing this post status was not available online).
There is a lock in period of 5 years and after considering the interest rate enviornment after 5 years, one can decide to redeem the bonds.If after 5 yrs interest rates are 6% then no need to redeem but continue..
Remember that for buyback after 5 yrs,intimate the issue registrar in advance for the same.
