Issue Of India Infoline Housing Finance Ltd will preclose on 18-12-2013.
Issue was open for subscription on Dec12, 2013 and in was intended to close on Dec 20, 2013.Issue have good response and has over subscribed.
All issues of IIFL in recent times have received good response from investors have completely subscribed within few days.
IIHFL have offered rate of 11.52% per annum for investors of this issue and interest income will be monthly basis.Monthly Interest incoeme shall be credited in investors account from next month on the date of allotment.
IIHFL have raised Rs.500 Crore through this issue and capital raised through this issue will be utilized for the purpose of housing financing activities.
